If you mis-use my articles, I WILL FIND YOUR SITE & REPORT YOU to the affiliate program(s) you are promoting.

If you persist in the above-mentioned action(s) and get my site penalised, I WILL FIND YOUR SITE, REPORT YOU to the affiliate program(s) you are promoting and take LEGAL ACTION against you.

If you violate any of the above-mentioned terms and conditions, you agree to pay all costs involved in taking legal action against you and your business.

Ketsanee Tiamplern has the right to revoke all re-print rights at any time and for any reason whatsoever. If Ketsanee Tiamplern revokes your right to re-print these articles, you will be contacted via email, telephone or fax. If you are unreachable, then your sponsor(s) will be contacted and (i) made aware of the issue and (ii) your sponsor(s) will be asked to contact you on my behalf and to ask you to remove all my articles and links from your site(s). You will be given exactly 72 hours to comply with my request to remove all my articles and links from your site(s), and to email me with a confirmation that you have fully complied with my request(s).

If neither I, nor your sponsor(s) can reach you, and/or if you refuse to comply with my request to remove all my articles and links from your site(s), then I will ask my solicitor to do everything legally possible to remove my articles and links from your site(s) and to seek compensation for all the costs and damages incurred as a result of your actions.
